As an instructor at MSwim Swim School, I experienced first hand how the lack of Progress Reports affected the organization of my students and classes. Utilizing my experience at other swim school franchises, I took the initiative to design a brochure-style progress report that clearly indicated the required skills for each level, allowing both the swimmer and their parents to feel more involved in the lessons. Stickers acted as an additional incentive to pass each level and create a collection that created a sense of achievement.
